"Clean and convenient to the beach."

"Overall really liked the property! Great staff, kind, courteous, amenable to needs of guest! Like the convenience of pool & gym & free garage parking on property and that you can park on the level that your room is on. Beds were comfortable although lower to the floor. Room & bathrooms were clean! Only down side but not under property's control is people walking down the street at 2-3:00 am being loud, screaming or laughing that startled me awake several times. Maybe not so bad on higher floors. Had a great time, will definitely stay again!"

"We take a yearly trip to Dewey every year and usually get a beach house for a full week. This year, we decided to take a shorter trip and book a room instead. After much research, we decided to go with the Block Party hotels. At first we were skeptical considering beach rooms are usually seedy and dirty. However, much to our surprise our room was bright, clean and comfortable . There are two pools on either side and both have plenty of space, shade and sun depending on your preference. The attached coffee house has beautiful deck where you can utilize the extra space for a nice sunset happy hour or a comfortable breakfast. The service was also fantastic. Check in was really easy and towels were provided upon request. The outside gym was a nice bonus as well. Best of all though, is the location. The hotel can’t have a better location in Dewey- barely a block from the beach with lots of dining options surrounding. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun spot in Dewey."
