It was a beautiful property that had everything that it advertised. The only situation that was encountered was that it was over booked on the first day and were told we could begin the stay the day after. However, the staff was helpful and accommodated us in another hotel and covered the transportation cost for that night

Well located. Hotel getting pretty old (rooms). Be careful if by accident you broke something, they will bring you right away the terminal to pay. Good breakfast.

I really like the front desk staff. My room was clean and conveniently there was a spa downstairs. Not that they have anything to do with it but there is a lot of street noise that is tough to get over and tell you finally fall asleep. The bed was comfortable the food was good.

Super friendly staff! When i asked for help with the tv cable they sent me someone to assist me right away! The only thing I would say is different from every other hotel I went to was that they had a $7 fee for a lunch box other than that, it was a great hotel!

Room was good. Could be a little more cleaner. The carpet was old . We reached 3am and the front desk didnt get the right copy of passport for me n my daughter. So they called us 4am in the morning while we went to sleep, knocked on the door and asked for passports so they can make copies. Could have waited till morning though! That was really annoying, since I had to go to the lobby with the passports. Anyway breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a great area close to touristic places in Lima and the prices are affordable. Breakfast is delicious. However, the hotel should take care of cleanliness and maintenance a little more. Elevators do work but look old. The TV from my second room did not work during my last night after an earthquake. And my last room (1106) smell like paint or wood workshop during the whole night and morning.

Great location. One block away you can take the Express Airport bus which runs every hour, for a fraction of what a taxi charges. Around the block you can find a mini market to buy water ($2 soles ...it's more expensive at the hotel) The breakfast at the Miramar hotel is amazing. A lot of variety. The only minus is Not to rely on a wake-up call. Set up your own alarm. The staff was supposed to call us but they didn't (Marilu, who was the staff at the front desk at 5:30am simply forgot). Other than that it's a great option at a good price.
