The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel chains do. Great views from my room and good breakfasts everyday. Plenty places to chose for lunch and dinner later in the day if needed.

Good prime location, very friendly staff in the restaurant, with special mention to Rose and team during breakfast. A very good breakfast. The room size is probably not ideal. We had asked for adjacent rooms as travelling with family and also were staying for a week but disappointinly we were located in two different rooms. The reception said ours were in a larger room with a blacony which it niether was. Couldn't be bothered changing it so just got settled but felt the reception wasn't that helpful which was a shame as other staff were very helpful.
