「We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was so modern and had a lovely feel to it. The young lady on reception was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a Sunday but she gave us information on where we could eat and it was easy to find and very good with a lot of choice Everywhere was spotless and our room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely go there again.」

「Excellent service. Very polite and friendly at the desk. The room is big with plenty of amenities (microwave, dishwasher, fridge etc). Also, there is a washing machine downstairs. The hotel has a very progressive attitude to waste, because you can collect any leftover croissants etc from the breakfast (in the afternoon).

"Very tatty accommodation without any aircon. Extremely hot in the room and very noisy from the train station and street noise when keeping window open despite being on 12 floor. Lots of things damaged in the room, filthy stained toilet, stains on floor, bed frame damaged. Would not recommend this place. "
