Equipped studio in the center of Lille

The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Lille building, and you'll have access to the entire unit.

Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the staircases are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

The room comprises: a 140x200 double bed with a dining area, a small fully-equipped kitchen. And an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs!

The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day.
You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
