Good hotel, 20 minutes outside of Lillle It was Sunday so the restaurant was not open but we found somewhere within walking distance to eat so not a problem. Lots of free parking and a nice breakfast.

Everything worked well, very clean room and large bed (also large sofa bed for our toddlers). We only stayed for one night so it worked perfectly. Maybe not ideal for longer period because the room doesn’t have fridge to store snacks/drinks or much storage capacity to organize clothes/lugagge. I like that the toilet room is separated of the bathroom and both have quiet sliding doors that kept the light and noise from our kids while they slept.

XXL room for 4 ppl+

A clean, hi-tech, and comfy hotel. We like the room design, lights are bright enough,it has two smart TVs , one in living room, one in bed room. Beds are decent size , bedding are high quality. It is not in city center, good for those who are driving. There are a Pizza restaurant and a fishmonger just 1min walk for the hotel. The only missing item is kittle or a coffee machine. It’s a top 3 Star hotel.

The hotel has potential for improvement.

The Bercail Hotel offers a modern ambiance, but there are areas for improvement. The carpet is uncomfortable, bed sheets are rough, and bathrooms are inconvenient for shorter individuals. Breakfast lacks non-dairy options, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were disappointing. Unfriendly staff further detracted from the experience. The hotel has potential for improvement, and I wouldn't stay again.

My feedback is a joined feedback for Expedia and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the Expedia site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to Expedia to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the Expedia extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

We had a wonderful stay until our last night. Apparently there was a wedding scheduled so the restaurant and bar were closed to us! no mentioned that would take place when we checked in. How can a hotel close it's restaurant and bar to their guess! My daughter and I went next door and bought a pizza when we return MmeTonnel saw us walk in and said you can not eat pizza in your room. so we started to the empty bar and she not in the bar either. This was very early 1700 hours- she pointed out a small table in the empty restaurant. She was very rude! We had traveled to France to visit our family. we stayed in 4 different hotel, no one had been rude until then-
