"This was a cabin within a camping ground, so there really weren't regular hotel services. We were given access to the washer and dryer on site but the washer didn't work well and the dryer was almost non-functional. The shower didn't have enough hot water to get through a single shower. "I was in Narvik for a conference. We prefer staying in local apartments rather than the conference hotels. Just gives a better feel for the community. Apartment was as described: clean, compact, near the center of Narvik and close to the University. I rented the apartment over a year before our stay and communication was always prompt and helpful. "Ragnar and his fiancee were warm welcoming people they went out of their way to take me back and forth to the airport, since I don't drive. Ragnar even took me into town, so that I could buy some groceries and got the chance to go see the Sámi museum! The location is very beautiful with mountains all around and a beautiful beach area just a 3 mile walk away! My room was charming and cozy and overlooked the fjord and mountains. I had a wonderful time and even got to meet some of their friends and was invited to a party that was amazing! I would definitely recommend this “hippy haven hotel”! "
