No nice dinner plates (only outdoor plastic), gas burners on stove top didnt ignite with control button, stained indoor and outdoor furniture, holes in ceiling, torn bedroom headboard, dirty vents, blinds and walls with mismatched touch ups. Loud vibrating plumbing noise in kitchen when hot water is on. etc etc."

"You get what you pay for! Don’t come to a two star expected a five star experience. If you’re looking at the experience for what it is.. be honest it was a five star stay. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to.. two queen size beds. Appropriate lighting.. plenty of countertop space or refrigerator that keeps things cold at the freezer works.. The tub is deep enough to take a bath..🛁 you get towels. Add tissue. THE POOL IS OPEN. located close to uptown mall. And the grounds are constantly being cleaned."

"Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #, etc Lesson learned for me is to write the information down in advance just in case there is a website/app disruption.Otherwise, a very nice experience and would gladly stay there again."

"Your place was spotless! We had such a good time with teambuilding activities at this phenomenal location! We admired the travel-themed deco that is creative, thoughtful and interesting. We laughed around the fire pit! We played air hockey and arcade games! We enjoyed pizza at the huge dining room table. I had coffee around the pool. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and clean thick towels. My favorite was the huge bathroom and soaking tub, both of which I used. I also enjoyed the luxurious chaise as a perfect spot to catch up on my paperback with some hot tea. The Switzerland mattress was divine! The Castaway room (pool room with bed) is fully decorated, but did smell musty and wasn't appealing since it's separate from the house, thus a walk to the bathroom. So, we didn't use it, instead bunking up with several of us in the "kids room." We seemed entirely safe in the friendly neighborhood. The location is near some spectacular restaurants and definitely convenient to Disney, which we did partake in, as well!"
