「大変親切な対応でした。お茶のサービス等も随時あり快適です。街の中心までも近か観光には便利です。 タクシーがホテルの前まで入らないので、荷物をタクシーを降りるところまで取りに来てくれたのはありがたかったです。但しこの辺の状況を予約した人に伝えていないので更に改善すると良いと思います。」

「We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy!
