"Do not expect any hotel services like an attended front desk with well-informed staff. Or even an elevator—just a narrow, steep flight of steps. Or a call back to resolve a billing error! It’s a nice restaurant/cafe but totally lacking as a hotel."

"Found some dirt and hair clips from past stays around the beds. Windows didn’t seem to lock in room. Door catch would not shut unless you banged the door shut. Safe was broken on arrival and took 3 times over 2 days to get fixed Not told and missed small sign in room about having to ask to get the room cleaned at reception. Think you should be told this upon check in. In the main, minor things. Overall, location was good. Free car parking. Bus stop into town for shops or train was right...

"No small breakfast option so €22 was excessive for a bowl of cereal, a coffee and an OJ. No other options in the area. The room was OK apart from the pile of pubes in the corner next to the loo. The banging from below, and as we were on the 1st floor, it wasn't another guest, was the worst bit, this went on til midnight and no staff could explain what it was or why. Wasn't worth the money, I expected better."

"Very nice setup with spacious clean rooms and very good breakfast. Flexible service and convenient for pilots and tourists flying into Teuge airport. There are also 2 good restaurants at walking distance"

"The room had air conditioning, which wasn't advertised. So that was good. Shower wasn't clean. Side tables not clean. Pump for shower gel inoperative. Cobwebs on the stairs. Mattress was like sleeping on jelly. Shower a tad too small.breakfast was just ok. With the serving utensils, it was not at all clear if you should put them back or leave in the bowls of food, so cross contamination of foods is definitely happening"
