"I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels at EASTON that don’t charge no where near 250$. Mind you Easton has way more things to do and see. So I went next door to TRU by the Hilton, and they only charged a 50$ deposit and was a much better Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to being too cold in condo- hoping the host would fix the heat. I contacted the host numerous times regarding the heat & was told there is nothing wrong with the heat. I informed the host that we can not stay in a cold condo- i needed a refund. The host said he could not give me a refund."
