Weekend Stay in Lian

The hotel is close to the beach which is great. The breakfast is also very good. Our family of 5 stayed for the weekend so it served it's purpose since we spent little time in the room accept for sleeping. It's an older hotel so it showed some wear and tear. The staff was very helpful anytime we needed anything. If looking for an affordable option and your main purpose for visiting is to enjoy the beach and its amenities, this is a great option, The food choices around the vicinity are limited so that woild be one drawback.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean but in need of renovation especially the bathroom. The bathroom was moldy/dirty next to the bathroom door and it doesn’t drain very well. The bathroom was wet pretty much the whole 2days stay. Breakfast is so so. I believe the room rate was overpriced for what we got.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice clean and simple. A nice pool to relax in when it hot. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is only a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach and 7 eleven. The hotel owner is very nice and couldn't help enough. He arranged everything we asked for with a smile. The rest of his staff were always happy, laughing and smiling which is a nice sight to see. The only downside to the hotel is the area as the beach was very dirty. I don't know if it's because of the holidays but it was awfully dirty, And there was no where that we could just sit and look at the view. This being said it has nothing to do with the hotel. Over all we were very happy with our stay.

シャワールームの排水が悪いのと、コンディショナーがありませんでした でも向かいにコンビニがあるので、すぐに購入できます 良かったのは食事 安いし、思ったよりも美味しかったです ラフなレストランなので、他のフィリピン人家族は周辺の屋台料理を買ってきて、持ち込みも大丈夫でした

3 min walk to the beach. Clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Minsan lang wala tao sa reception but they can be found in the pantry area probably busy doing other chores. They make a way for your needs. Libre pa yung mga condiments sa kitchen nila nung ginamit namin. Overall experience was good, we will stay in the same hotel given the chance.

All toiletries and towels included with the room. All rooms have a hot water heater for the shower and air con. The private swimming pool is nice. Rooms also have cable TV, but the signal cuts in and out. Also, the wifi isn't very good, but at least they have wifi. The David Bowie theme for the hotel is a nice touch. The hotel has a good onsite restaurant. And the beach is within walking distance.

Staff were so friendly and helpful...yet they have an issue with parking slots(limited to 4 cars), ants and had no fans in their dinner area, flooring still not done that made me almost injure my self falling of my chair(due to the open drain holes).

A GREAT LITTLE POOL.......with starlight on walls

Very nice little hotel (except needs shower enclosures in the rooms!!!} We thought it would be on the beach but beach was "nearby". (but fun/interesting beach with bamboo picnic floats) Great staff and owner. Food service ok but slow.My wife and I appreciated their help with local tricycle/jitney/bus transport back to Manilla. A FINE ADVENTURE!!!!
