Retreat to a newly updated & spacious home w/ waterfront views in the heart of Lexington. This home will provide a truly special experience for guests whether it be relaxing inside or exploring! Things to do - play in the game room, enjoy 1 of 2 firepits & the hottub, admire the wildlife & gorgeous sunsets, visit downtown Lexington and nearby sites - Keeneland, the Horse Park, historic Midway/Versailles/ Georgetown/Frankfort, the distillery district, and take a bourbon/ distillery tour!

2700 square foot, 2-story home on w/ a walkout basement. There are 5 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. The first floor includes an open floor living room/dining space, kitchen, laundry room, and primary suite bedroom w/ full bath (including a soaking tub and shower). On the second level, there are 4 additional bedrooms & 1 full bathroom (including a tub and shower). The walkout basement has a queen size pullout couch, recreational area, game area, and gym equipment. There is also a half bathroom.

1) 5-10 min drive/within walking distance
-- Masterson Station Park has a wonderful walking/biking trail with direct access to the neighborhood. The park has a splash pad and playground for kids, as well as a dog park and other attractions!
-- Visit new restaurants and hang out spots (The Service Station, Ramsey's, Osaka, Grounded All Day Cafe, Leestown Coffee House).
-- Gatton Park (newly opened)
