Complete renovation of cottage in 2023, with space for relaxing and a private study for work. One king bed in primary bedroom and queen beds in bunk room. Co-host lives on property for quick responses to any needs. Close to Keeneland, Fasig-Tipton, Kentucky Horse Park, University of Kentucky, 12-mile Legacy Trail, Bourbon Trail, and Ark Encounter and much more.
