The staff was very nice. My issue is with the bathroom - it was quite damaged: cracked tiles, no towel bar, and mold in the shower. The room itself was clean enough. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to either the detergent used for washing the sheets and towels, or the shampoo provided and am itchy from head to toe. It will pass, but it could be an issue for people with sensitive skin. I do appreciate that the staff has contacted me already with my concerns and were quite apologetic.

It was good. Mostly the people were great and so very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked ok. They did not have breakfast as listed in app. And definitely needs an upgrade, but it was good for an overnight as we travelled to the Smoky Mountains.

Beds were hard, bathroom cleanliness was lacking. In case you're wondering, the pool is not heated. Check in staff was talking to someone on the phone the entire time. Good price but lacking in comfort and amenities.

I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. My family couldn’t stay there, we had to leave. Hoping Expedia will help me get my money back. I travel regularly and this is the first time I’ve ever left a hotel without staying. The front desk staff was very nice.

I like that they have great breakfast every morning free and the clean indoor pool is open till 10pm.The ladies at the front desk where so nice and helpful they go the extra miles to make sure your stay is enjoyed. Ty red roof inn in Richmond Ky
