This is a beautifully remodeled home on a quiet street. It has a very large yard and many trees to make for a private setting. The home is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland, 30 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and 1.5 hours from Churchill Downs. The garage is currently not available for renters use.

I have stayed and at least 30 rental properties and this is by far the absolute best rental property I have ever stayed in. This property has every amenity you may need for cooking, etc. Check in process with a breeze, it was extremely clean, and incredibly comfortable. I will be staying here every time I go to Lexington. And I’ve already told 10 people to have people stay there whenever they have visitors in Lexington.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Our family was in between moves and needed a home that was both comfortable and fully functional—this house was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the loft area, which gave us extra space to relax.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to feel at home. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay, and we were very impressed overall. This house fit our family’s needs perfectly, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Lexington.

This was a great place to stay. Main floor master was perfect for my husband and me. Our girls loved having plenty of space to spread out. Very clean and quiet. Our host was very responsive and the house was well stocked.

Perfect!

We loved the location of this property for exploring the Lexington area! The neighborhood was so peaceful, great for taking a stroll, and an easy distance from the downtown sights, Keeneland, and the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was very tastefully decorated and clean and had all the amenities needed with consideration for the traveler in mind. We would most definitely stay at this home again!!

Lovely Lexington

I stayed with my mother in law, sister in law and husband. The near flat entry was excellent for my mother in law. She enjoyed the living room in the morning for visiting and coffee. The rains prevented much outside time but a bourbon was enjoyed when it was not raining. I like the little touches, maps of the area, snacks, a mint julep kit in the cupboard, fans in the bedroom and the new pans and dishes. very thoughtful to the needs of their guests.

Disappointing Owner Interaction

We recently stayed at this property with our family, including children, and while we enjoyed our time, there were a few issues that affected our experience. Upon arrival, we struggled to figure out how to disable and re-enable the alarm system, which was not clearly explained. However, once we figured it out, we settled in and began to enjoy our stay. The house itself is nice, but we did encounter a cleanliness issue. When we went into the kitchen, we found mouse droppings in the cabinets, which was concerning. We spent some time cleaning it up ourselves before using the kitchen. This was unexpected, especially since we've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and typically haven’t had such problems. We always make sure to clean up before we leave, and this time was no different. However, after returning home, we received a message from the owner stating that we would be charged an extra $100 for damages. He claimed there was writing on the wall and blood on one of the towels. We were surprised as we hadn’t noticed these issues during our stay. We had also purchased insurance for our trip, but the owner informed us that it wouldn’t cover the alleged damages, and we would have to pay out of pocket. The communication was frustrating, with the owner repeatedly stating that the costs to him were higher, and he was giving us a “bargain” by only charging $100. According to him, it would cost $250 to paint the wall and an extra $150 to clean the house after we left. Whil

Comfy cozy home in Lexington

The minute you walk in you see the beautiful decorating with attention to detail in every room. The kitchen has both a Keurig for your k-pods, & a coffe pot along with basic spices, cooking oil. The bedsheets and towels are high end with a comfy mattress. Your close by to some new places opening up and a very short drive to any of the downtown restaurants and distilleries. Hope to stay here again if available.
