The kids were looking forward to the pool, but it’s under renovation. Everything else is very nice. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly. A ton of places to go eat at, even just walking distance. We got two rooms at a great price!

I picked this hotel because it said it had an outdoor pool and pictures of the pool. I get there and you know longer had the pool and there was contraction I was working nights and sleeping during the day so it made it hard to sleep with the house breakfast was good.

The property is under construction. It is uncomfortably noisy because the workmen work late into the night.(8pm) and begin work early in the morning.(about 7 AM.) when the construction is finished, it will be in very nice facility. It is dirty because it is a construction site. The staff are wonderful! Very caring. Very understanding there is a little they can do about the construction noise. I am disappointed that there was not a safe in the room.

Pool under construction.

The pool is under construction and will be for a long time. They advised us to go to the Baymont down the street but their pool was closed as well. If we would have known this we would of booked a different hotel. It seemed like some people were living there. Which is fine but they allowed their dogs to run off leash. The back of the hotel was a mess with personal grills and trash from the people that we thought were living there. The construction material and dort was everywhere. Other wise nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet and very nice staff.

Call them first!

Call and make sure the amenities you want there are actually available before you reaerve and pay! Renovations should be complete before re-opening. Long-term outages of internet and tv should be expressed before reservations are confirmed. The staff was wonderful, apologetic and did the best they could, but my 2 nights there were not worth what I paid for. Fairfield Inns are usually my go to for hotels and I never felt the need to check reviews before , but now I will.
