The second floor has three bedrooms one with a queen size bed, second with two twins and the third with a queen size bed. There is a bath and nice sitting area with an outside deck. There you can see the entire property's beauty and all activity taking place on the property.

The best part to this property is the pool anmd gazebo. Nestles in between both homes you will find that you spend all of your time there.
Closed in on all 3 sides, the gazebo's opened to the pool. Here you can barbeque, eat, drink and relax while others may want to take a dip into the pool.
If you get bored and want a little more action, you can walk right to the downtown village of Lexington where you will find many unique shops and resturants.
And there is a great park where you can enjoy music in the park on Fridays, special events on the weekend as well as the beach!
