「極普通のアメリカのモーテル。日本人でも清潔さは普通に満足できるレベル。シャワーの出方は、アメリカンな適当レベル。これはどのホテルでもどうレベル。よって、平均評価とさせていただいています。日本基準だと大幅に低評価になりますが・・・。アメリカなのでしょうがない。田舎ですが、近くにスーパーも有ります。朝食は、期待しないでください。」

「Staff was very difficult to work with. Reserved a room for 4, and he wouldn’t allow us to stay with the number of guests. 」

「I met the man who used to live in this farm house. He was so kind and so helpful. Yes everything was clean, in good order and the kitchen was fully furnished. The ktichen is the number two component of getting a VRBO...i bring food and never have to worry about where to go out to eat. Number one component is the mattress and it was just fine....I hope to revisit this home again....sincerely janet」

「Staff was courteous, yet warm and personable. Room was spotless. However, the wall art behind the front desk is hideous. If I worked for Hilton, I could not work at the front desk because the artwork would drive me to distraction or drink. Shame on you for subjecting your staff and guests to this. 」

「We’ve been staying here 4-5 times a year for the last three years and the cleanliness of the hotel continues to deteriorate. The rooms smell moldy and just are not as clean as we would like them. The A/C was terribly loud. Staff is indifferent. 」

「Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. 」
