「Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures online are old pictures when someone else owned it and it was nice! Does not look the same. Property is dirty. Shower drips all day no matter how hard you turn the old, rusted handles. Outdated and small bathroom. Tiny. Not very clean. There was a long piece of hair on my shower wall. TV didn't work, had them come in, she clicked her remote and left, it still didn't work. Ice machine stopped working on our third day there. Our first room was a corner...

「This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.」

「Staff was so attentive to us. clean environment, family oriented and a beautiful ocean view from the pool area. I will defintely stay again. Just keep in mind, there is a $20 cash deposit for keys. it is refunded after check out. in a cashless society, it is a good thing to know. Thank you」

「Room is small with no phone, No pool on property. service is bad. I needed towels, which i asked for a number of times, It was left on a chair outside my door later in the day. When i left on my last day i forgot my power plug for my computer and I called the office and was told no one is around and they can't go in the room. I asked office manager to knock on the door, and she said it was not there.」

「Lady at the desk refused my reservation saying she told them she wasn't doing the online reservations anymore. repeatedly. Stayed anyways as I needed a room. Room smelled a little odd, not bad, but something scented for cleaning? and towels and toilet paper were low grade and no shampoo or conditioner, just a single soap bar in the bathroom.」
