「建物や設備にやや古さを感じますが、部屋は広く、十分なアメニティーが備わっています。唯一の問題点は、最上階のレストランは、注文してから料理が出るまで１時間以上かかります。また、４人前を同時に出そうとしてためか、冷えたピザが出てきました。チェックインの際に料理の予約をするように説明すべきと思います。」

「Chaque personne qui travaille à cet endroit mérite une mention d'excellence. Que ce soir Carol à l'accueil, le personnel au restaurant, Francis qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et des jardins et les gars en cuisine, Georges, Patrick et il y en a un autre que son nom m'échappe. 「I’ve given 5 stars for everything and you still want more? Might take one off for being greedy …. Only slight complaint is about the architects - who puts glass (even frosted) directly between the room and the toilet? However, in the hotels favour - Swiss roll for breakfast! 」
