The house is fully air-conditioned: each room, including bedrooms, has its own adjustable unit.

Five bedrooms spread over beautiful volumes: two with queen-size beds, three with double beds. Two bathrooms allow everyone to get ready in the morning without traffic jams. For the youngest, two cots and a high chair are available.

Fully equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge.

Living room and dining room with two sofas, a table football, a television (internet box, SFR TV channels) and two tables that can accommodate ten guests.

Terrace with table for meals in outdoor area, umbrella and two sun loungers.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, both included in the price.

Beds are not made on arrival: you set up your bedding as you wish.

The house is in a residential area that is inhabited all year round. Parties and events are not allowed, and we ask that you keep quiet after 10 p.m., out of respect for the neighborhood.
