Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! 「My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.」
