"Easy check in. Room very clean, simple, clean linen, well taken care of room, welcoming. Breakfast was great, fresh bread each morning. Wish they had given us box of Kleenex, rather than having to use toilet paper to blow your nose. Refrigerator good size, could have been colder. Otherwise, great place to stay!!"

"Lovely rooms but not huge. We took a superior double which was lovely but a little cosy. The food was amazing. Especially dinner. The staff were very friendly. We had a shuttle that took us to the slopes. Took 3 minutes but saved a 15 minute walk. They sadly didn’t tell us last pick up was 4:45 so when we called at 5pm, they were very apologetic but said we had to take the bus. The beds were a little hard but when I asked for a topper, they put one on and that fixed that. I can’t fault them really. The spa was lovely but a little smaller than the pictures. But very pleasant. We went every day for 20 minutes to relax, soak and use the sauna. The library was very peaceful. The bar looked great but never went up there. All in all, a lovely hotel with great food. Ask for toppers if you like a softer bed. And check when they provide the shuttle bus. Hope this helps fellow travellers. "

"Very comfortable and clean rooms (we had a family room which was in fact a suite with a day room with settee bed and two singles the opposite side of sliding partition.) Two bathrooms! One had a full length bath. Excellent food in a buffet style so you can choose to eat as much or as little - and be prepared to experiment. Great for non fussy eaters. Location cannot be beaten for ski access to main gondola and two chair lifts. Supermarket and 2 x ski hire shops within 2 minutes walk. Will come back again."
