The studio includes an entrance with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and basin, and washing machine. a separate water closet, a kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Living room with 140x190 sofa bed and duvet, television and balcony facing the sea. Garage in a nearby residence. Ref Stud 140.
To be paid upon your arrival: the tourist tax and the deposit by credit card or bank check as well as a cleaning deposit of 85€.
