L'Annexe - Studio 2/4 pers - Private pool

In the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, 1.2km from the Grande Plage (15 minutes on foot) and close to the Arago market.
This newly renovated studio is very pleasant, bright and well-equipped.
A private heated swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September is at your disposal, without overlooking neighbours and in a very quiet area (not heated from 20 April to 15 October).

Studio ideal for 2 people (possibility of up to 4 - 2 adults 2 children)
You will have a 140 sofa bed in the living room and a mezzanine with a 140 bed (only intended for children, access is not suitable for adults due to the ceiling height)

Bed linen is provided (bath mat and tea towels also), towels are not but can be rented from the concierge if needed.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Perfectly equipped and functional kitchen with refrigerator, small freezer, Senseo and plunger coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, induction hobs, toaster.
