To allow you to prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here a detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday.



Charming family home located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the beaches and cycle paths. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 8 people and offers beautiful spaces as well as quality amenities for a most pleasant stay.



Arrangement



Ground floor: a master suite with a double bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with shower. A bedroom with two single beds is also at your disposal, as well as a functional kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals and enjoying lunches and dinners in the garden in summer.



Floor: two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, as well as a living space comprising a cosy lounge and an equipped kitchen.

The kitchens are fully equipped: oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.



👉 Salon



Warm living room with TV and Wifi included, very bright thanks to excellent exposure.

Garden with garden furniture, large table and plancha.



Parking: one space in the courtyard and free parking on the street.



Proximity



Beaches, shops, restaurants and cycle paths within a few minutes.

• Departure: by 10am (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
