Staffs were very nice. Room was clean but the only thing was the scent in the room was very strong, not sure if they spray to every room or something they used for the laundry.We are sensitive to smell so it was hard for us for the first few days out of our 7 days stay.

Only stayed for one night, can't say too much, overall is good.

I want to give a shoutout to Nabil. This is my second stay at Olivia Plaza, we were here last Sept 2025. When I checked in, Nabil remembered me from last year. He is an excellent asset to the hotel. Always have a smile on his face greeting all the guests. He goes out of his way to help clients check in and provide additional information regarding restaurant recommendations etc

The room was spot on, we were at the front of the property with a juliet balcony, which was great for viewing the street below. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning kept the room at an ideal temperature and was quiet enough to run overnight. Breakfast was good, usual continental fare you can expect in most city hotels.
