Description: Entrance - separate toilet - bathroom (bath, shower, sink) - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed ([hidden] + 1 single bed (90) + TV + cupboard, adjoining bathroom (bath, sink, toilet, washing machine) - 2 bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed ([hidden] + TV + cupboard - Living room/dining room with lounge area equipped with 1 TV - Kitchen area open to the dining room with a separate bar equipped (dishwasher, large fridge + freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob, Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, extractor hood, 1 sink) - Access to the equipped floor: mezzanine area open to the living room with 1 single bed (90) + cupboard - 2 bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed ([hidden] + TV + cupboard - 1 bathroom (shower, Sink, toilet). All bedrooms have access to a balcony that wraps around the apartment. The fireplace is not permitted.
