"We stayed for one night en route to Nice airport and everything was excellent. It’s location just off the motorway allowed for an easy journey yet there was no noise from the road at all. We love the location, walkable into Sainte Maxine, although the hill on the way back is challenging especially when hot. We use our bikes and have found numerous excellent routes around surrounding towns and villages. Also find the garage and secure parking reassuring."

"This is a wonderful property, with a terrific position - magnificent views from a superbly well laid out villa. It really is a brilliant choice for a holiday where you want to be close to the beach, wake up with a view, and be able to walk about 20 minutes into the St M. Perfect! If we were to be picky, the villa is however beginning to show signs of age - it was certainly not as clean as we would like it to have been on check-in - the outside areas in particular needed our attention. At the same time, all renters will need to be comfortable with high levels of road noise. We were but some might not be - it really is a very busy and noisy road - but that is the price for being so close to the sea. Its worth it we felt. A wonderful venue for small family, or more. We would stay again for sure."

"Jacques ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Platz. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück und somit perfekt für Hunde. Der Pool ist groß und bietet eine super Abkühlung. Der große Esstisch im Außenbereich wurde viel von uns genutzt. Zu erwähnen: 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad befinden sich im Keller des Hauses. Dort ist es leider recht feucht und riecht muffig. Wie in der Gegend üblich ist das Grundstück mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt. Und bitte die Türen immer schließen. Es gibt viele Mäuse dort und wir haben sowohl in der Küche als auch im Keller welche entdeckt. Die Stadt ist fußläufig in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Der Heimweg hat es aber in sich, denn es geht ordentlich bergauf. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos. Sehr gute Wegbeschreibung denn man muss durch eine Privatsiedlung die durch Tore mit Zahlenschloss gesichert ist."

"We had a nice stay in the rental. The house has a beautifull view over te sea. There is a shared pool and the beaches are nearby. You do need a car. The beds were comfortabel. We had some small issues in the house but the owner resolved this well and immediately. We recommand this house."
