charming apartment entirely renovated in the spirit of the mountains ideally located with ski-to-door departure, quiet away from the noise of the Croisette, in a residence 200m from the center by staircase (30m) then elevator.

2-room apt 28 m2, on the ground floor: living / dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2x80cm),, 1 bedroom with sliding door and second pull-out bed (2x80cm). New kitchen area (2 hotplates, oven , microwave).
Renovated bathroom. Renovated WC. 1 pet allowed. TV installed.;raclette machine. dishwasher (pods to bring).

The duvets are provided (140x200).

You must bring your household cleaning products if you choose to do the cleaning yourself.

Superb Location

Great family rental

One of the best experiences we’ve had with VRBO. Wonderful accommodation, super clean, very spacious, and just a stone throw from the beach. We went down to Amelia Island for a family wedding. This rental helped make it a magical experience. Five stars all the way!

Un excellent moment

L’appartement est très bien placé pour partir skis aux pieds. Très bien agencé et bien équipé pour une semaine de vacances au ski. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et les échanges avec la société de gestion étaient parfaits malgré notre arrivée tardive. Petite remarque pour que ce soit encore mieux : une source lumineuse pour mieux éclairer la table (plafonnier un peu faiblard). On y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Un appartement agréable au pied des pistes

L’appartement était bien équipé, propre et joliment décoré. La porte coulissante pour séparer le salon en deux était bien pratique avec un enfant en bas âge, pour qu’il dorme au calme. Départ les skis aux pieds sur une piste verte qui passe juste devant le logement. Jolie vue.

Ottima posizione, casa un po' piccola

Ottima posizione, casa pulita, molto piccola e senza la possibilità di poter mantenere i letti fatti (ci sono due divani che bisogna rifare mattina e sera altrimenti manca lo spazio....sembra quasi di soggiornare in un piccolo bungalow e in inverno è un po' complicato). Il tavolo è altrettanto piccolo e manca un mobile dove di possa appoggiare delle cose (si mettono sul tavolo ma quando si mangia bisogna spostare tutto...) Il bagno dovrebbe avere una doccia anziché una piccola vasca....

Idéalement situé

Appartement très bien situé que ce soit au niveau des pistes ou en ce qui concerne la proximité des commerces. Celui ci est très propre avec une salle de bain neuve et moderne. A recommander .

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est possible de partir de la terrasse skis aux pieds, sur une piste verte. L'environnement est plutôt calme. Nous sommes tombés sur une semaine ou nous étions très peu nombreux à notre étage, malgré le fait que nous étions en période de vacances scolaires. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Pas mal de rangements et présence de petits accessoires qui rende le quotidien bien agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif par téléphone. Je recommande cet appartement ! Nous y reviendrons très probablement.

Petit appartement bien aménagé et bien placé.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Nous espérons revenir, surtout en février quand la neige permet un départ ski aux pieds depuis l'appartement. La station est très sympa et les commerçants accueillants.

Ce logement est super, tout est très bien pensé par rapport à sa superficie. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Proche de la Croisette, accès direct aux pistes. Nous avons apprécié la touche deco apporté à cet appartement. Équipement complet et agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

appart cosy avec une déco esprit montagne .nous y avons passé une superbe semaine en couple . l'appart est très bien situé avec une belle vue et depart skis au pieds devant la porte du salon . tout est bien décoré avec goût jusqu'à la vaisselle . nous y reviendrons volontiers .
