Val Thorens, Les Olympiades residence, centrally located and right at the slopes!<br><br>Triplex apartment, renovated in a chalet style, ideal for vacations with family or friends, sleeps 8.<br><br>This apartment was designed as a modern chalet, combining warmth, style, and functionality to help you make the most of your vacation.<br><br>It’s ideally located in the heart of the resort, just 50 m from Place Caron and the shops, with a panoramic view from the 7th floor!!!<br>The Apartment<br>This approximately 45 m² apartment is designed as a contemporary, cozy, and functional chalet, perfect for a very enjoyable vacation with family or friends.<br><br>Located in the heart of the resort, 50 meters from Place Caron and the slopes (direct access to the slopes), it overlooks the main street and the shopping and sports center. All activities and essential amenities (ski school, childcare, lift tickets, bakery, restaurants, grocery stores, ski equipment rental, etc.) are right nearby.<br><br>It also boasts a magnificent panoramic view of the resort’s slopes, with a very pleasant southwest-facing orientation.<br><br>A ski locker is available in the building’s ski storage room.<br>Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.<br><br>Inside the apartment, you’ll find:<br><br>On the first floor:<br><br>The entryway features a closet, a ski boot dryer for 8 pairs, and leads to the first bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: an induction cooktop, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, and plenty of storage cabinets.<br><br>The living room features a sofa, a TV, a dining table with chairs and stools, and an electric heater designed to look like a fireplace, creating a cozy “by the fire” atmosphere. A French door leads to the balcony, where you can admire the superb panoramic view of the Val Thorens slopes.<br><br>Upstairs:<br><br>A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed and the second bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>The second bedroom features two double beds, a TV, and storage space.<br><br>The mattresses on the three double beds are firm and thick.<br><br><br>On the loft:<br><br>A ladder leads to the loft sleeping area, a large 15 m² space that includes two double beds, with a maximum ceiling height of 1.50 m. Please note: access is difficult for very young children!<br><br>The accommodation therefore sleeps up to 10 people, but is only truly comfortable for 8, particularly in the living room and dining area.<br><br>Cleaning and linens:<br><br>Household linens (sheets, towels, and shower mats) are provided, as is a “end-of-stay” cleaning service.<br>However, you should leave the kitchen area clean, with dishes and utensils washed and put away, and take out the trash and waste to the outdoor area.<br><br>Access and Parking:<br><br>Vehicle access is easy at the rear of the residence, allowing you to unload your belongings at the start of your stay and load them at the end.<br>To park your vehicle during your stay, the most convenient parking lot is P1, located near the residence. It’s best to reserve in advance to get a good rate and to ensure you have a spot near the apartment (other parking lots are accessible a short walk away or via shuttle buses).
