"The room was clean, big and modern. There is a nice common area near the lobby. There really is no TV unless you use your own streaming services. My main issue is they need a blackout curtain facing the hallway as people can see in. The location was excellent very close to the metro and bus. The staff was helpful and friendly and the kitchen had all we needed. The only other issue was they don't provide any bottled water. We will return."

"Only spent one night here with my husband and youngest son on our way back from visiting family in Hidalgo. Happy to have 24 hour room service. We were able to get late checkout, as our flight wasn’t until the evening, so we were able to relax and enjoy the rooftop pool which our son loved. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again our next time in the city."

"It’s my second time booking this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and you can actually sleep. Wish security and the staff made sure that quiet hours more closely observed. Other guests tend to not know how to handle themselves sometimes and they violate quiet hours. Location isn’t the best but it’s a safe quiet place to stay for solo travelers."
