"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. One area of opportunity is around refinishing the flooring, wood is nice but didn’t really want to step on it due the wear of finish. The queen bed should be located on the lower section of the room, no need to have2 beds and have a couple go up when staying. Balcony vote was the best and free parking in front of hotel."

Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. "The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again."
