「The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned...

「Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.」

「While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he...

"最寄駅から徒歩7分くらいです。駅からホテルまでの道はほぼ大通りに面しており、一人歩きでなければ夜でも安全にホテルまで行けると思います。大通りには商店がいくつかあり、食べ物やお酒など買い物に困ることはありませんでした。だた、マンハッタンまで移動する時間が必要なので、マンハッタンをメインにして限られた時間で観光する方には向かないかも知れません。ホテルの設備は十分に揃っていて、電子レンジもあるので食事を温めるのも困りません。朝食は毎日同じですが、いくつか種類があるので、連泊しても飽きないと思います。コスパの高いホテルだと思いました。"

"部屋は広くて、とても良い。ホテルシャトルは24時間動いていて便利。朝4時のシャトル、ドライバーがスーツケースをシャトルに入れてくれず、女性客2人のお客が自ら入れた。降りる時は、荷物を降ろしてくれてチップを受け取るのはどうなのか？ホテル自体はステキなのに、そこは残念。目の前に大型ショッピングモールあり、歩いても行けるので、そこも魅力。"

"初めてのニューヨークでしたので、帰りの日の空港までの移動が不安でしたが、ホテルの方がタクシーを手配してくださいました。タクシーの運転手さんは、ピックアップの時間をしっかりと守ってくれましたし、運転も安全、金額も安心、何ごとも問題なく非常にスムーズに空港に到着することができました。本当に助かりました。（約50分位かな？）ホテルから歩いてブルックリン橋まで行けましたし、地下鉄でマンハッタンまですぐでした。ロケーションもとても良かったです。"
