「door would not unlock when I arrived. the key pad was dead, but called management and told where a key was.Floors were sandy. Could use updated paint.」

「Nice cozy and werm get away night with friends ... agent are very helpfull in responding in requests. This is my first time booking thru this way without front desk, i even have to ask the visitor how to unlock the room door because there is no press bottom on ther room door. The room temperature is very high when we got there and have to request to reduce. Not sure you needed to request your desired room temperature before you go otherwise everything is goods, they got everything you needed. 」

「There wasn’t much that we enjoyed about this unit. The overwhelming mildew smell set all of our allergies into a spiral. There was layers of dust everywhere, broken blinds, out of date furniture and uncomfortable beds. We literally spent every day away so we didn’t have to spend extra time there. Please give this unit attention, update it and check for black mold.」
