We didn't actually stay at Munna Palace, as the management transferred us to Hotel Malik Residency, next door, owned by same group. Munna did not seem ready or aware of our booking, and I think they wanted to make up for this and gave us a room with a view. This was after the promised airport shuttle did not arrive. Again this was because the (absent) owner, who agreed to pick us up, did not tell management. This kept happening in India. Otherwise the room was very nice. Bit cold. It was below zero degrees C and the tiny blow heaters they supply are not adequate.

オーナーと2人の若い青年で切り盛りしてます。ホテルには朝到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインに対応していただき、朝ごはんまで用意していただきました！設備・備品は足りないですが、何でも対応しようとしてくれるサービス精神と比較的きれいな内装に私は満足できました。（注意点）①空港までの無料送迎サービスはなかったです。500ルピーのタクシーは呼んでくれますが。②備品・アメニティは本当に石鹸だけなので、バスタオルや歯ブラシ、ティッシュなどは持参しましょう。③部屋に空調はありません。6月でも夜は冷えるので日が出ているうちにシャワーは済ませた方が良いです。④変換プラグは必要ありません。日本のコンセントもちゃんと使えます。 They served breakfast before check in! This was my first experience and I was impressed with their hospitality!

場所がわかりにくい

他のホテルと同じ敷地内にあり、場所がわかりにくい。しかしフロントの対応や部屋からの眺めは良かった。部屋に湯沸かし器が あるのも良かった。シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出た。
