9.4/10 Exceptional! (5,248 reviews)

The location is not the best area of Madrid and a bit of a walk to the centre uphill. They have another property in the north which would be better. The condition of the property was ok and had good facilities like washing machine. Ironing board is small and not the easiest but works.

"This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The de luxe room we had was spacious and had a screened terrace. We have stayed here 3 times before and will use it again. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food."
