"The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for my needs. There’s a beautiful walking trail right behind the hotel and there’s plenty of restaurants that are walking distance. I’d stay here again for sure!"

"The barn studio is a cute property in a quiet, nice area of Georgetown. However, there were several problems with the rental.First, the floors were very dirty with bits of hay from the barn all over the studio. The only vacuum we could find was a little Dirt Devil hand vac that was way too small to do a decent job of vacuuming the apartment. We were moving out of a house nearby so we brought our stick vacuum over to clean the floors. We got almost 3 canisters of dirt. The crazy thing is we had to pay a cleaning fee for this rental!The agreement states that the renters must empty the garbage can before leaving; but the trash can in the kitchen was half full of somebody else’s garbage when we arrived. The listing states there is parking for 2 cars in the garage next to the studio; except there was a pickup with a horse trailer hooked up to it, parked there most of the time. We didn’t need to use that parking, but still, if it is in the listing as a great reason to rent this property, then it should be available. I didn’t contact the owner about any of this as it wasn’t like a broken TV etc that occurred while we were there. These were all things that should be addressed before renters check in. I’m a ranch girl who is used to hay, horses and dirt. Just not in the house. This rental has so much potential, but it missed the mark for us. "

"We made reservations on line and property looked good but in person very disappointed. Furnishing dated and worn Recliner was inoperative. Icemaker would not dispense ice. Blender broken. Carpets worn and dirty & need a good cleaning or replacement. TV's were frustrating & difficult to operate. There were no instructions or guide to operate TV. Bathroom light switch broken and unsafe. Garage was crowded with old furniture, outdoor BBQ grills and old rolled up carpets. Very disappointed in VRBO & would not rent this unit again. Bill Nelson"

"This property was perfect for my family, unfortunately we have a terminally ill family member in Georgetown, this house allowed us to stay close to them and big bonus is the kitchen, we made all the thanksgiving dishes in! The beds are very comfortable. The house is very clean. The house is very spacious. I now have a place if we have the need to be here for family this place is perfect. "

"We’re a family of four who travel often for work and vacations, and we stay in VRBOs all the time. This was by far one of the nicest homes we’ve ever rented. The inside and outside were absolutely immaculate, and the place was stocked better than any rental we’ve stayed in — tons of towels, pillows, and even snacks and candy for guests.The location is great, right off one of the main roads (Williams Drive), and only about ten minutes from the Georgetown Square. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.We visit Georgetown several times a year for business and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Couldn’t be happier with our experience."
