2 levels, 2 separate entrances (per level), furnished, visible wooden roof, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, 2 dining tables, washermachine, air conditioning, solar heating, mountain/sea view, 2 parking spaces. Can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults & 1 child). Distances: 1' walk to the tavern, 10' to beautiful beaches, 10' from the cosmopolitan Nydri & the picturesque Vasiliki, 15' from the waterfalls and 30' from the enchanting Porto Katsiki & Egremnoi beaches!
The space
45sqm per level.
On the 1st level there is a double metal bed, a children's crib, a dining table, a bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, an oven and a filter coffee machine. Can accommodate up to 3 guests (adding an extra sgl bed, upon request).
On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed, playpen (upon request), wardrobe & A/C, living room with dining table, 1 single bed, small kitchen with fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave oven, stereo & a bathroom (with hair dryer). Can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Each level has a separate entrance & a separate veranda with table & chairs.
In between them, they are connected by an internal wooden staircase (which closes with a small wooden door, for extra safety for kids).
There is a parking spot on both levels.
Guest access
Just next to the house, there is "Fox Tale Guest House", where you can use its garden to picnic, barbecue, or enjoy our amateur summer theater, which is only for our guests.
Other things to note
1) The bus stop is only 2' walk away, although we recommend using a car for your transportation to the island. Urban transportation does not meet the needs of visitors well, and Lefkada is a large island with many beautiful routes! We're here to help you rent a car.
2) During the summer months, at Kathisma Beach, there are paragliding flights. Due to high demand, you'll need to pre-book your spot a few days in advance, depending on occupancy. Should you wish to have this experience, don't hesitate to ask for our help.
3) During your stay, no housekeeping is provided.
