「It's the best place to stay in Leesburg; by the looks of the others, it might be the only place in town that doesn't rent by the hour. Seriously, this is a very nice place with nice staff. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure left a lot to be desired. A mad old woman with a mouth full of water would've been about the same, but I'm not going to knock a star off for it. I went to bed with my butt clean, on sheets that were clean, and the AC worked all night. 5 stars for me!」

「When we first arrived, we noticed it was an older hotel. Front desk was kind, efficient and professional. Then came the room. Oh boy, old white dirty walls broken air conditioner vents, rusted and chipped front of the refrigerator, 1 of the beds looked like someone else had already been sitting on it. Called and asked for a clean room. Office staff was accommodating. Moved me to a second room. Second room had red spots (splatter) on the wall next to the sink which would have been right next...

「If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare...

「The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. 」
