Right in the heart of Oberlech, where the ski slope begins directly at the doorstep, lies the House Obdr Lech. A house with history – built in 1393 and now carefully guided into modernity. Here, alpine charm and contemporary design merge to create a retreat full of warmth and elegance. The concierge service, included breakfast, exclusive wellness offerings, and extraordinary location make your stay a special experience in winter.



Equipment

On 200 m² you will find space for up to eight people. Four stylishly designed bedrooms with large double beds and modern bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open fireplace and tiled stove as well as a cosy reading corner create comfortable retreat opportunities. The kitchen is fully equipped – from wine cooler to Thermomix – and if desired, you can have someone cook for you. Sound system, flat-screen TV and loving details such as a library or a separate dining room round off the comfort. A ski storage room and underground garage spaces are of course included.



Location

The House Obdr Lech can only be reached by a ten to fifteen-minute walk - either upwards from the valley station of the Lech-Oberlech cable car or downwards from its mountain station. Skis and luggage will be brought to you by our house caretaker. Located directly on the ski slope, you will immediately be in the Arlberg ski area - pure snow enjoyment in one of the most renowned winter sports regions in the world. In addition, a fantastic panorama opens up before you: From remote alpine huts to the mighty peaks of Omeshorn, Rüfispitz, Wösterspitz, Langer Zug, Kriegerhorn, Mohnenfluh, Trittkopf and Madloch - all names full of stories and legends of alpine skiing, which began here in Arlberg.
