Confortevole ed economico
L'albergo è un pò datato e di conseguenza anche l'arredamento. Però non manca niente e, considerato il costo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. E' situato in una zona tranquilla e le camere sono dotate di balcone. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. Forse è un pò fuori mano per chi deve muoversi a piedi, ma per chi ha l'auto non è un problema, si raggiunge il centro in meno di 5 minuti. Fra l'altro è dotato di un ampio parcheggio, compreso nel prezzo. Consigliatissimo !!!

Bon rapport qualité prix
Accueil sympathique, chambre confortable et spacieuse à un prix très correct. Pour ce tarif, le petit déjeuner est très simple mais le wifi fonctionne très bien. L'hôtel est à 10/15 minutes du centre ville en voiture et proche de la rocade. Parking très facile devant l'hôtel. Lecce est superbe et en à peine 30/40 minutes vous êtes à Gallipoli, Oristano ou sur la plage ...

Il Portiere, nasconde la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un area seminterrata, brutto scherzo far entrare la mattina una Bambina di 7 anni in auto con 50°C
Nonostante la prenotazione con pagamento anticipato da oltre una settimana, la stanza era in condizioni pietose, polvere ovunque, formiche ed addirittura una bottiglia di plastica sotto il letto. Chiedo scusa se mi ripeto, ma con noi c'era una Bambina di 7 anni.
Non sono riuscito a capire se hanno voglia di lavorare, non basta la simpatia della Signora che si occupa delle colazioni a fare di questo posto, una buona struttura recettiva

위치 빼곤 굉장히 좋음
특히 서비스가 감동스러울 정도. 위치는 도심에서 걸어서 20분 쯤. 시 외곽이라 인적이 드문 편.

Excellent quality/price value
I had three nights €28 each in a double bed room. Comfortable, the staff is very nice. The place is about 2 km of the city center. If I can complain about something is that is not so easy to reach, and the area is quite lonely during night. But in the facilities is another story. I recommend it.

Notte mordi e fuggi!!!
Per caso abbiamo prenotato (coppia) in questo hotel per una notte sola per avere l'opportunità di visitare con calma Lecce visto che eravamo in vacanza nel Salento. Tutto sommato l'hotel non è male, difficoltà ad arrivarci sia per il navigatore che con le spiegazioni della signora alla reception, aiutati solo da un gentilissimo signore del posto. Pulizia che lascia un po' a desiderare, viste le macchie sulle lenzuola, qualche capello qua e la e la sensazione di approssimazione nelle pulizie. Colazione povera di scelte. Nonostante si tratti di una casa all'interno del Nuovo Seminario di Castromediano (non lontano dal centro di Lecce ma è in provincia, circa 5-10 minuti di macchina), la tranquillità di notte non è assicurata, siamo stati svegliati da porte sbattute e chiacchiericci nei corridoi alle 4 del mattino. Non proprio economica la stanza ma in quei giorni (24 agosto) era la migliore. Tutto sommato se occorre per passare una o al massimo due notti credo possa andare bene....incontrando l'offerta giusta si intende!!!

Adatto per riposare con un po di pace.
Pulitissimo, accogliente, un pò piccoline le camere, ma i bagni sono enormi, confort necessari (aria condiz., tv satell. ecc..)...consigliato

hotel consigliatissimo
Hotel ottimo relativamente al prezzo. Bisogna andare obbligatoriamente in auto perché è un po' lontano dal centro (5 minuti in macchina).
