"Casa Mama Elvira was a delightful experience. It is a very old property, with many stairs and beautiful finishes. The staff is warm, welcoming, and out to please. This is a family owned business, and the family is involved from early morning until night. There are several restaurants available, and it is a quick walk to the old town. We drove a car there and parking can be a challenge in the old town area. But once you’re settled, it was a great experience."

The bottle of wine, gift of local desserts, and the homemade pound cake was such a nice touch. It was clean and very comfortable. This is the nicest b and b we have stayed in this trip! "The property sent us important information over WhatsApp instead of through Hotels dot com or email. We don’t normally use WhatsApp so never got their messages. This resulted in an angry hotel receptionist confronting my startled wife. It all worked out in the end, but my wife was terribly upset being scolded in front of other hotel guests. Other than that, everything was great."
