We’re here for you from 7am to 10pm via call, text, or message. After 10pm, we switch to "emergency-only" mode — phone calls only, please. And yes, you might have to call twice... I'm a heavy sleeper. 😴📞

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge plus the cost to have the house remediated by a professional cleaning company.
Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
General Damages Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.
Other The space you are booking is good for 2 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to be having/had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs, intoxicated, or acting in a manner that is dangerous to others or the property of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
