「The house was freezing when we got there. Took 8 hours to warm up. There was no guide book available. Shower didn’t drain well, standing in water. TV was great for watching Olympics. Coffee much appreciated. 」

「This is a very cute, clean apartment. Two-levels, kitchen and sitting area downstairs and bed, sofa, tv, bathroom upstairs. We had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We used the jacuzzi and deck furniture. There was also a little area for sitting with a gas fireplace. I would definitely rent here again. Hopefully it’s available on our next trip to Eugene!」

「Very clean, nice house. Communication with Poul was wonderful.」

「Had a great stay here, easy check in process, clean house, surprisingly quiet neighborhood.」

「Clean, comfortable, convenient. Everything went smoothly and it was a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again, I highly recommend.」

「The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy.」

「This was truly a cozy house. The host made it so welcoming and provided a few thoughtful touches that make our arrival easy and comfortable. The beds were very nice, plenty of towels, and a great table for playing games!」

「Great location, clean and walking distance to Hayward and restaurants.」

「As expected and super convenient with proximity to Autzen! 」

「Nice place! Great communication, place was clean and as described. I would not hesitate to stay again.」

「This is a basement apartment, definitely not a palace. The listing is misleading. It was unclear that the unit is directly below a family home, in which you can hear constant plodding and walking around. You can even see lights from the stairwell that goes up into the family home. Few windows, it is dark with little light. The unit was clean and extremely spacious, almost in a weird way-Okay for a short 1 night but not somewhere comfortable to spend lots of time. We didn't need it, but there is...

「Lovely property, quiet, peaceful and clean. Nice linens, full size washer and dryer, well appointed kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Very good communication from host. We would stay here again in the future.」
