Once we found the correct door and someone directed us to the area where check-in was, everything was great. The room was neat and the beds were made well. My children loved the loft and the view was wonderful! The mirror in the bathroom was not clean however. Was not a huge issue.

Staff was great, room was small but it was expected, pretty view, minutes from the abbey, the only thing to note is that if you are pregnant or overweight you probably won’t be able to pass through the shower's door as they don’t open completely because the bathroom sink is on its way but the shower ...
