Nice place in the heart of Le Havre. Good restaurants within easy walking distance and a nice waterfront nearby. We used the underground parking garage across the street. One caution -- if you're like us and day-tripping to other destinations, like Mont St. Michel, if you come back later at night, many of the roads will be closed for construction, necessitating agonizing guesswork in finding your way back. Ask the front desk for help prior to setting out.

Excellent central location and great service from the reception desk. Very welcoming and provided us with a fan to enable us to sleep in the 27C October heatwave! Very surprised to find such a good hotel did not have AC. Liked the quirky lift. No parking attached to this hotel but if lucky you may score a street park or can park right over the road in an underground park.

Excellent service

Pros: The staff was absolutely wonderful. The service I received here was excellent. My room was spacious and had a lot of light. The hotel is very centrally located. Cons: No one told me they’d lock the doors after a certain hour and I couldn’t get in w my room key. I had to place an international call to get in the hotel. Room could have been cleaner. Toilet smelled.

All in all, nice. The room was quite "tight", but we managed. Must keep window open through the night for air... - Get "a buzzer" at reception. Easier than calling after personnel. - parking instruction, on site, was wage. - It would have helped if reception would have actually known at least one (or any) place to eat, being actually open at sunday evening 19:00. France, only bars open at 10 blocks radius, stay hungry, live with snacks.

Specifically searched for secure parking in Le Havre, this hotel came up No secure parking- on a motorcycle with luggage and the nearest secure parking was 2km away Had to leave motorcycle on a side road Not ideal

Expedia claimed on-site parking for compact vehicles; this hotel had none. Off-site parking costs much more than the 8 Euros stated. Worse, upon arrival we were given no information on what to do with car and luggage, the room was small, the 'are' printed graffiti on the doors, many things closed in nearby neighborhood.

Très passable, en dépannage

Ayant l'habitude des hôtels et des séjours professionnels j'ai été très surprises de cet hôtel. Je m'attendais à un service de meilleure qualité. Cela commence dès l'arrivée, l'hôtel mentionne un parking sur le site hôtel.com qui n'existe pas, la personne à la réception ne peut pas éditer de facture le jour J "parce que c'est la règle ici" passons je perdrai du temps le lendemain matin. La chambre n'est pas propre, les draps sont tachés et qu'est-ce que le l'hôtel est bruyant et mal isolé. Je connais la vie personnelle de mon voisin sur le bout des doigts et sa préférence à prendre une longue douche à 1h30 du matin. Bref je n'étais pas reposée entre deux journées de travail.

Accueil parfait, chambre grande mais pas très bien isolée (voisin lourd que j'entendais bailler et parler + bruits de sdb), jai même demandé à changer mais trop tard (22h30) . Sinon deco sympa, grand lit, bien situé (même si travaux dans la rue en cours)

Das Parken muss wohl organisiert sein, am Wasser ist es wohl am günstigsten, am Wochenende ist es sehr voll. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im oberen Stock, dass eines morgens nach Abwasser roch. Ich denke die Fallhöhe der Klospülungen ist zu hoch und die Entlüftung des Fallrohres zu klein, so dass Wasser aus dem Geruchsverschluss durch Unterdruck im Fallrohr angesogen wird und dieser deshalb nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, das Zimmer recht klein.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon séjour avec une vue imprenable. Gros bémol la salle de déjeuner est trop petite. Les clients sont les uns sur les autres ce qui est fort déplaisant. On est pas obligé de supporter les conversations des autres. Un petit bonjour et petit sourire ne serait pas de trop le dimanche matin.
