  • This 56 m² apartment is located on the raised ground floor (5 steps) of the quiet LE MAIL residence, facing Mont Lénigo and the Estacade.

    Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it comprises an entrance hall, a large living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people) opening onto a 20 m² terrace, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (4-burner halogen hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small appliances, TASSIMO espresso machine), a bedroom (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed), a bathroom with washer/dryer, a separate toilet, and a storage room. A reserved parking space is included in a secure private underground car park.

    200 m from St Goustan beach - 700 m from the port and shops.
    Pets are not allowed.
    We offer optional extras: bed linen rental and cleaning service.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Très bel appartement, bien distribué, très bien équipé, doté d'une belle terrasse bien abritée avec vue sur l'océan. Résidence très calme. Une place de parking souterrain étant attachée à cet appartement, et le stationnement dans la rue étant facile. Proximité de l'Océarium du Croisic dont il ne faut pas rater la visite. Un peu éloigné du centre ville (prix de la tranquillité) mais la balade pour s'y rendre, en longeant les quais la criée et les boutiques et restaurants est très agréable. En contrepartie à proximité immédiate de la plage de Saint Goustan.Et en fin de compte un excellent séjour bien ressourçant.
