"Fantastic hotel in almost every respect - the only negative was the quality/pricing of the dinner in their own restaurant which didn’t hit the mark for ‘fine dining’ though breakfast in the same venue was very good!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay. "The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "
